Grupo Portland has a Board of Directors composed of a representative from each founding family and independent directors, combining historical continuity, long-term vision, and professional experience.

Mateo Budinich Diez

Chairman of the Board

Auditor, with a business background linked to commercial management and development. His experience brings together business knowledge, institutional continuity, and strategic vision for sustainable growth.

Elías Pérez Zúñiga

Director

Commercial Engineer, with a background in the chemical industry and experience in corporate management. Their profile combines a practical and strategic vision in business development, planning, and project management.

Miguel Jacard Farcas

Director

Commercial Engineer from UC and Master in Economics and Business Management from IESE Business School. Academic and business consultant, with experience in strategy, corporate governance, and family businesses.

José Rivera Izam

Director

Commercial Engineer from the University of Chile and MBA, with multisectoral executive and business experience. He has served on boards of directors, with experience in strategy, innovation, digital transformation, and business management.

José Alaluf Israel

Director

Auditor Accountant from the University of Santiago, with executive training at ESE Business School. His career as a director and advisor is marked by a strong financial, strategic, and corporate management perspective.

Roberto Roizman Leyde

Director

Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Göttingen, executive and consultant with extensive experience in the industrial sector, sustainability, circular economy, and recycling. He has led companies and advised organizations on circular economy strategies and REP Law. He currently chairs the Circular Economy Committee of ASIPLA.

Marcos Segal Siac

Director

Industrial Civil Engineer from the University of Chile, with more than 25 years of executive and business experience in various sectors. He has led transformation processes, business development, and corporate management, and since August 2025, he has served as CEO of Grupo Portland, leading its operations in Chile, Peru, and Colombia.
